It doesnt look bad but for a for like 300 more it could be a hell of alot better. What exactly is your budget? Also what are you mainly going to be using this rig for? gaming or programming?

I really dont have a budget but i would probably cap the budget at 1300$-1400$ and i am building for gaming and programing
