My first pc build(Need suggestions)

Okay, so I am going to be building my first Pc soon. I will be using it for a lot of 1080p gaming and sometimes for typing up essays for school or surfing the web. However, my parents are divorced and I want to be able to take the Pc from house to house. This means I am pretty much forced to build either a micro-atx or a mini-itx computer due to them being small and portable. Anyways, I need to know multiple things.
1. Should I use the i5-6400 or the i5-4460?
2. Are there any better mini-itx or micro-atx cases that are more portable or easier to move around. And if it is micro-atx what is a good mobo for it.
3. Should I buy two monitors (one for each house) or should I get one portable monitor to take back and forth (if so what are some good ones?)

First of all, you really NEED a better psu than that. Next, I really recommend the i5 6500 instead. Finally, either wait for the 3rd party RX480s to become available or look at the GTX1060. $269 is not a good price for a reference 480.

Thank you for your help! Also, I just put that rx480 in there so people would know what gpu I was using. I am planning on buying the sapphire nitro oc once that comes out. But once again thank you for the feedback.
