My First PC Build (Overclocked) 1440p Gaming @ 60-120fps / 3D modelling

Hi this is my first pc build and im looking to do 1440p 60-120fps gaming and a bit of 3d modelling. I want to overclock my cpu and gpu.
My main questions are
-would my 980ti be enough for 1440p 60-120fps gaming or should i spend a lot more and get a 1070 or 1070 ti (im getting the 980ti from a friend for a cheaper price than normal)
-is my cooling solution with an AIO and 2 case fans be enough for sufficient cooling
-is my RGB strip for lighting compatible with my setup ?
