Question My First PC Build - QCode 00 x670e gene

Hi, I have managed to build my first PC, however I am getting Qcode 00 on motherboard. Any suggestions what can I do apart from changing RAM slots, blowing hot air on the motherboard, taking out the CMOS battery?

Just checked the CPU, looks completely normal to me.
