That video card is weak. What games do you play? You would be better of with something like a 750 Ti or a 760. You can save some money with some tweaks (read below).

RAM should be two 4GB sticks for dual channel and you don't need 2133 MHz. You should save the money and get 8GB of 1600MHz or 1866MHz.

The H55 isn't worth the extra price over something like a 212 EVO. The 212 EVO will usually give you better temps.

Also, I recommend the Asus Z97 A over the Gigabyte Gaming 3.

that gpu is very low-end,you will need a r9 270x if you want to play new games like battlefield 4 in high settings 1080p with decent fps, also you wont need that high clock speed for ram,the 1600mhz is the best choise, but even 1333mhz wont have any difference in gaming.

Hi there Mcleodnproud you are saying that you want a mid range gaming pc so personally I would go for the Asrock Fata1ty z97 killer motherboard. One other thing is for a mid range gaming pc water cooling isnt really the way to go because it is totally not necessary for your build, i would go for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or another good air cooler which saves you money and maintenance! As you might guess the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is cheaper and that money is better spent on a better GPU because i read that you wannet to do gaming with it and the one thing that is crucial with gaming is a good GPU so you can really enjoy those HD textures that come with games now a days. for the ram you should go for 2x4 Gb which is faster because it is dual channel which can result in a 10 to 15% better performance.

I hope i was able to help you with this you can send me a question if you dont know what GPU to choose.
Good luck with you gaming pc!

To be honest I would not go with your build, especially not for £800 plus. If your budget is around £800, I would go for the following (I have included the same processor, same amount of RAM, a SSD, a better GPU and PSU):

All the best. :)

This a good build.

+ 1 for this build. I would change to the CM 212 EVO, though, just because it usually has better temps.

Edit: I think you changed it right before my post. Nice! :)
