Better PSU. The CX line of PSUs from corsare are junk.
 
Solution
Why not spend a little more on cpu and get a i7. That will make ur pc last longer. But again i5 is good enough.
But i dnt like that cm hyper 212 coz its way too old, i wil suggest the deepcool frostwin which gives way bettr performance that 212 evo at similar price.
