I want a PC that can run games with no problem and record/stream.

There are alot of issues here.

That CPU will not be any better for you than an i7 5820k. This wills ave you hundreds and not change anything bout your performance.
A single 980ti is pointless for 1080p. get a 1440p monitor.
PSU is stupid overkill. Change for an 850w unit if you plan to add another 980ti, and 650w if you do not plan to add another 980ti. That silent pro isn't even a very good quality PSU. Go for Antec, xFX, Seasonic, EVGA (G2,B2,GS)
