i was wondering if this setup could run minecraft,dayz,csgo,battlefield 4, and arma 3

If you can stretch your budget a bit, get an i3 4170, and an h97 mobo, better performance with an upgrade path to a used i7 later.

If you could afford it, an fx 6300 would be a better option for not too much more cash or even an i3 4160. The rest looks fine and it should run those games good.

get the gtx 950. its about the same price and is faster and cooler.
getting a fx 6300 and a asus m5a97 r2.0 will be wiser than getting the athlon + fm2+

Many Seagate hard drives have a high fail rate. So getting the WD blue 1tb would be better in the long run
