My first pc build

I made my first pc build that i will buy soon and the spec of that pc are :
- i5 6500 or i5 6600(20euro more does worth ?)
- gigabyte g1 gtx 1070
- asrock h170 pro4
- 2x4gb ddr4 2400 savage will buy in butter 2x8 or 2x4
- seasonic x 650
- master cooler masterbox5
- maybe evo 212 its cheap and look cool in case with windows
If you have something to add or change and why say me.
I want to play with this pc in next 2-3 year on near max settings and then on high and to be able to play 5 year in 60+ fps with medium settings.I will play witcher 3 fallout assassins creed
hitman lol and other new game i will play in singlerplayer only lol and little mc in multiplayer.

i would go for the i5 6500 if the price difference is 20euro, 8gb is enough but 16gb could be handy, also i would get the hyper 212

So first off, if you are just gaming, the i5-6400 is ok. You hardly notice anything. Especially in gaming. Also you will not need a CPU cooler because you can use the one that came with it. Plus you can downgrade to the B150 chipset to save some more money.

i5 6400 have 500mhz clock speed and only 10 eurp less so i go for i5 6500 for sure i want to take some better mobo like h170 so later i can take another 1070 or to replace with 1080 and to take some i7 non k .
Will be difference betwen 8 and 16 ram if i dont fill this 8 ram in gaming ?
