Hey i am a competitive fortnite player who is looking for a pc with the best possible perfomance but still in a reasonable price range. I do not care how the pc looks, I've already made a custom build and i would like your opinion on what i can change up.
I am going to play on the lowest settings + stretched in fortnite AND i am going to record my gameplay so i will need to have space for my vods on the pc, and the pc will need to be able to record my gameplay through obs without any problems
I am using a ACER XF270H monitor

Custom build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Laugenub/saved/n9sdXL
Monitor: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/model/UM.HX0EE.002

If you are going to play on lowest settings thai build is more than enough, borderline overkil, processor and cpu wise.
If you are into a lot of video editing, streaming etc you may want to increase the ram to 32 gb though.

So for the ram, would this be good enough?

Or is this better https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EI5ZBXS/?tag=pcpapi-20&th=1

Are you sure that it is overkill, also for scrims when there are alot of people alive in the last zones?

I would go for the 2x16
Regarding your other question, if you are running on low settings then absolutely yes. And even on highest settings that build would handle it. Have in mind, server ping etc plays a role here also, in terms of what you experience. And you cant build your way out of a high ping.

Late game can get rough and frames tend to drop for competitive fortnite players, I would reccomend getting 16GB of ddr4, a ryzen 5 processor, probably the 1600x, and a decent GPU that is able to handle that late game stress.
