My first PC Build

I am planning on building my first pc ever and i wanted to know if what i chose is good enough to start with, this is what i have so far, i plan on using the computer for video editing, graphic designing, not much gaming and multi-tasking, i already have the optical drives and hard drives and 2 monitors

Are you going to use a 64-bit OS?

Are you going to overclock? If so then you need a good aftermarket CPU cooler, if not then you don't need the "K" version of the cpu.

i do plan to overclock but not right away, i want to test it out first and see how things work for me at the basic settings and i have windows 7 64bit, i want to know if both cases would work with the motherboard i chose because i am heading towards the CM690 II Advanced Black Steel ATX Mid case.
