What do you plan on using the System for??

It seems like you're a casual user, based on the parts you've listed.

Do you want to use this system for surfing the web, gaming, media????

Based on what you will use it for, there can be many system setups that are better than others.

I'll post again once I see what the system will be used for... Also, what is your budget????

Diablotek makes PSU-shaped objects, that should NEVER be connected to computer components if there is any chance they will also be plugged in to an A/C power source. A quality modern PSU has full range active PFC (no little voltage switch) and some level of 80+ certification for efficiency. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, and Enermax/LEPA are among the better brands. If you are interested in more information about PSUs, HardwareSecrets has excellent tutorials and competent technical reviews. Other good review sites are jonnyguru and HardOCP.
Anyway, there is an excellent sticky on "How to Ask for New Build Advice;" if you fill that in, we will be able to help you a lot better.
