Hello everyone im encountering some problems whit my actual pc and seems like its everything just old..
So i want to enter in the homemade pc world becouse i think is cheaper and u get more performance.
But im totally a newbie to this ( but im reading a lot in this well made site).

I think i can do it

I can save from my laptop the hd ( new samsung ssd evo 125 gb) and the power system.
Maybe we can save 2 slot of ram ddr2 (2gb each)
The gpu is in bad status
The processor and motherboard are just obsolete i think.

I would like to stay under 500€ is this too low?
I need it for gaming > some 3d works (rynoceros)>navigate internet and watch films
Hope i didnt miss something... Tnx all.

Watts are displayed on sticker on bottom of PSU, in the red square saying total power. It looks like this: http://images.hardwarecanucks.com/image/skymtl/PSU_review/PRO82/PRO82-8.jpg
Also, your build should look like this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pB4wQV , or if you need more vRAM on graphics: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Y2TVzM
Pentium g4560 is best budget processor today, it offers more power than best core 2 extreme processors or older i5. AsRock H270M Pro4 is very good motherboard for its price and you can in future upgrade from Pentium to i5 or i7. Not sure if you want to use your case or not, so I put here case what I liked most. You don't need it if the motherboard is compatible with your case. Also, Hyper 212 EVO is very...

Do you mean by power system the power supply? Can you please tell what model it is? And do you need powerful graphics or integrated graphics is just fine? Because I don't know for what games you need the PC and what are requirements of 3D works. And yes, you can build good PC for under 500€.

Can you also leave a link to where you will be doing your shopping. What is available in the country I live in may not be available in yours and prices will vary.

Do you have Windows 10 on your laptop?

If you need new OS, just download Windows 10 from Microsoft site. You don't need to activate it, it will run fine. Enermax are good quality PSUs, you could save it, but check how many watts the PSU has. And what about the GPU? Do you want integrated or dedicated?
