Need a decent graphics card to run games like battlefield, sky rim and NFS on medium to high with a decent FPS.

My Processor is an Intel Core2 Quad Q6700 2.66GHZ with 4GB of DDR2 G SKILL ram. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated i recently got suggested a radeon 7750 DDR5 but i'm not too sure if it will work.

Thanks :S

If you want higher-end games to run at decent settings, you will need something like an 270x/7870/760. Any of those 3 are capable of decent 1080p, single monitor gaming. I don't know what kind of budget you are working with, but your CPU might bottleneck a mid-range GPU like that. Also, 8GB of RAM is recommended for most newer high-end games.

Your CPU sucks, I suggest you get rid of that if you want good FPS,
If you are looking to get like 60-70 FPS on BF4 on those settings,
Gtx 770 + i7 3770k should get you quite good gameplay.

(You will most likely get better than 60-70)

Together those two should cost from somewhere around $600-800 AUS

I agree that you should upgrade your CPU, but you don't need THAT much of an upgrade. Any 3rd or 4th gen i5 will do great with your build. You also don't need a "K" version CPU unless you plan on overclocking. Your current CPU will probably bottleneck any of those GPUs at least a little bit, though. So just keep that in mind.
