so it my first pc build and I need to know how many watts I should use
Specs:
Gigabyte GA-H81M-D3V
Seagate 1TB
MSI GeForce GTX 760
ARCTIC Arctic F12 PWM CO
Crucial 8GB
Intel Pentium 4 630 3.0GHz

I Also plan on OC the CPU for better performance hopefully to about 3.5HHz

 
as mentioned, the cpu won't work with the other parts. and the other parts are all a couple generations old now.

do you already have all this? (if so, we can work with it - a haswell CPU will work with the motherboard)

if not, what's your total budget and we can probably help you set up something more modern
