My budget was around 700 to 750 dollars

The build looks good, nice part choices, the only thing I would recommend is getting the 6gb version of the GTX 1060. This model should keep you system within budget after MIR.

also should I buy more fans or is that enough?

Nah the fans you have are fine. Monitor the temps once the build is up and running and if your CPU or GPU is running too hot then I would consider more fans or a aftermarket fan for the CPU.
