My setup:

GIGABYTE GTX760 2GB GDDR5 OC Rev 2.0
ZALMAN Z9 U3 3x120MM FAN CONTROL USB3.0 ATX
AMD FX-8320 8-CORE 3.5G 16M AM3+ 125W BLACK EDITION
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD970 DDR3 USB3 SATA6 ATX
AXP 750Wats, cheapest model on internet! i bet its not even close to 700w
4GB ram of my last computer, nothing special
CPU cooler: thermalright hr-02 macho rev.a

I tried games like, gta, crysis & splinterscell
Crysis and gta was running bad, crysis had 25~ fps with not even hightest setting and gta was little better

I ran FurMark 1.11.1 BURN-In test, scored almost 4000 and avarage fps was 42, temperature was at 72C

heres pic of furmark: http://gyazo.com/7765b60c98ba3c73ad8c0c070e895fa0

I bought all of these components for 750e, and i thought they would perform little better, or are they bad together ?

Solution
It should do fine but a warning on the crappy PSU it can kill all the components. Both the games you mention will benefit from overclocking the CPU. If you have 64 bit OS get at least 8GB ram.
