The build that I am set out to buy includes:

- Intel Pentium G4560
- MSI B250M
- EVGA GTX 1060 3GB
- Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB)
- Seagate 1TB
- Xion mATX Case
- Antec VP - 450W PSU

Since this is my first time, I want to make sure my whole plan to build it will work. After building this, I plan to have the Windows 10 Home USB and plug it into the PC to boot up the install for the operating system (Assuming I don't have to do anything else with the USB prior to that). Thanks, in advance!

Should work just fine, just make sure you're not spending extra money on RAM speeds >2400MHz as you won't be able to utilize that on a B250 chipset.

The VP450W isn't the best PSU in the world...... it's a fairly solid budget option, but depends on cost (and location). In the US at least, a Corsair CX450M or SeaSonic S12II 430B are usually comparable in price, and much better quality.
