My first time using new egg

Hey guys its my first time using new egg and i ordered a 5.1 virtual audio headset and i just want to know when it should arrive


EDIT: how do i check how long it will take for this gaming headset to arrive and does it come to door or mailbox?

They give you an estimate at checkout and you had a choice of shipping options.

In my experience, Newegg is pretty good about shipping stuff within the time frame they state at the time you place the order. Of course they have to depend on FedEx and the post office to get stuff there on time just like everyone else, and this time of year there's always the possibility of weather-related delays.

If you purchased from one of their Marketplace sellers rather than Newegg itself, it's a bit more of a gamble. But if that's the case, you should still have gotten an estimated shipping time when you placed the order.

When your order ships, you should receive an e-mail with a tracking number you can use to keep tabs on the package's progress, and an estimated delivery date.

Actually, the last time I ordered from Newegg, they sent me an email telling me about their new delivery system, something called Newegg Delivery? They shipped using their own van!
