I just recenlty purchased an i7 14700K, and it is my first time using i7 processor, used to have an i5 of too old generation 3570K.

I wanted to know if that is something to worry about or it is okay.

I am using right now AIO Cooler with 14700K which is Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L V2 RGB.

At idle, CPU package temp stays at about 30-32C with getting spikes up to +60C from time to another ?

And with some tried gaming, temps were +60 and with a game like The Finals was 70-80C.

Below screens with doing just small workload like installing office or downloading game update with the corresponding cpu usage/temp

I just wanted to ask if that behavior of cpu temp is NORMAL and yet my AIO is enough for cpu? not the fact the temps being at accepted range.
Sorry if this comes off as a bit vague, but it is YOUR CPU's NORMAL, with the hardware you're using, the software you have installed and/running, and variances in silicon quality between others' 14700Ks, and other factors like case ambient temperature(many install AIO rads in the roof of the case) airflow, and some motherboards whose defaults are basically running overclocks.
You don't really have any other 14700Ks to use as a reference for what is 'normal'. It's either within the accepted range, or it isn't.

It is normal for a cpu core to spring up from doing nothing/sleep, or spike...
How are the AIO and fans oriented in your build? Those temps look fine by me. What sort of ambient room temps do you have? If you take off the front panel for the case, you could see temps drop slightly.
I have AIO installed at top of case with two fans coming with case 1 at front as in take and 1 at back as exhaust.
My ambient room temp and due to the winter season are about 20-25 C.

The thing is : are these spikes at idle are okay? also with besides these very low workloads temp being at 60-70 C ?!
and still will try more gaming to see how temps will be

All of it looks ok. Nothing worth calling the fire department over.

One of the cons: "Front design restricts airflow for fans in front"
That's probably why, but again, the temperatures are still in the green.

In fact I am also planning on buying two additional fans to be mounted at front of case.

80 degrees celsius is actually pretty low for these CPUs. They typically are in the 90s. Only be worried if it gets to 100.
As my little knowledge, running at high temps for long times affects life time and longevity correct me if I am wrong.
And yes, It does reach 100C almost being constant when doing stress tests.

It is normal for a cpu core to spring up from doing nothing/sleep, or spike, when it is doing something, and then go right back to bed. They can do this very fast, and heat energy can move from the cpu die up to the fluid in the cpu cooler only so fast...

Your provided samples show all of us viewing that the AIO is enough for the cpu.

That is typical for Raptor Lake Refresh, plus if you are running the motherboard defaults. Do these tests accurately represent how you use the cpu? If not, then disregard.
Thermal trip isn't until 130C, but you won't hit that in normal scenarios. So there's plenty of thermal headroom.
