My flash drive won't format: the disk is write protected

I didn't write protect it and I didn't do something out of the ordinary last time I used it.
I tried everything (partition magic, CMD commands, terminal commands, GParted, deleting the files normally, deleting its partition) nothing works.
However the data on it from last time when it was writable is fine and readable.
I need a way lower in level than the ones I mentioned.

so of those have a locking software to prevent unwanted people to erase or modify files check on the maker .

I'll contact them...but I said I didn't do anything out of the ordinary last time I wrote on it
