my foot hit the switch on the power strip and it turned on and off and now my pc won't turn on, no lights no fans, nothing.

Try this. Remove the power strip and connect your PC directly to the outlet and try powering on again.

Make sure you didnt pull the cord out a bit from the rear of the psu when your foot hit the strip. Turn off the power switch to the psu. Remove the power cord, and reseat it. Turn the power switch back on and try to start the computer.

Sounds like the PSU or the Mobo got a jolt. If the psu powers on but no signal, then likely the mobo got fried.
