My fps doesn't work well with GTX 950M

i7-6700HQ CPU @2.60GHz
RAM 8Gb
Intel(R) HD Graphics 530
Nividia GeForce GTX 950M

I've been checked GTX 950M while running game, was incredible good at least they got 30-50 Fps.. in Battlefield 1/Battlefield V.. GTA V any other racing game etc ..
then i've tested Assassin creed Black Flag on my laptop and tries to run it.. but it was goes horrible.. i just get 10-20 (Fps).. with LOW setting.. and i've been already checked the {system'requirement lab}for Assassin creed Black Flag.. before i run it.. that he says my Spec can run it with (Minimum Requirement) Uhm ok i got it..... but please don't make 10- 20 FPS

Nothing much you can do, if you just meet the minimum requirements that is just about what is needed for the game to run. Try lowering resolution a notch.
