Question My FPS drops after an hour of gaming ?

When I turn on my PC my fps is fine for an hour of gameplay. I usually get around 150-180 on the regular. After an hour my fps drops to 100 or less for no reason. I don't know what the issue is, but it is bothering me like crazy.

Specs:
GTX 1660 Super (MSI)
Ryzen 5 3600
16Gb Corsair Vengeance
ASRock AB350 Pro 4
