Question My FPS keeps going Up and Down. I need responses Please!!!!!!

Recently I have moved my PC to the upstairs bedroom in my house. My PC overall if working perfect except for one thing. While playing games(mostly Fortnite and Rainbow Six) my FPS will range anywhere from 80 FPS to 5 FPS, back to 70 FPS, then to 20 FPS. This makes gaming very laggy. My ping to the servers is also at a steady 20 ping. I have cleaned my whole PC and reset it. Please Help. Here are the specs.

Intel i7-2600k

Windows 10 64-bit

Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050

16GB of Kingston RAM

The maker is ULTRA. The model is the ULT-LSV450.
The temperature only gets up to the highest of 97C. The advrage was about 95C

Is that the CPU temperature? That's way too high, and your CPU is undoubtedly throttling to prevent your CPU from getting damaged. What kind of CPU cooler do you have? Make sure the cooler is mounted securely and properly functioning.

Yes that is the CPU temperature. I have a Intel Heatsink/Fan Cooler E97379-001 for Core i3 i5 i7 LGA 1155 1156 1150 CPU's.
