[SOLVED] My frame rates are way lower then all benchmarks are showing for my gpu

About a year ago I built my first pc and on it I’m mostly playing overwatch. When I look up benchmarks for my gpu it says I should be getting 100 FPS on max settings. I’m on medium settings and I struggle to keep above 90 FPS. Can someone help me with this please

i5-7600k overclocked to 4.2 ghz

H100i v2 soo

Asus strix rog 1060

Gigabyte z270 ultra gaming mobo

Evga 650 watt psu

Samsung 500gb ssd

Each year or so, a computer should be cleaned out. Dust should be removed and thermal paste should be reapplied. Maybe thermal paste and dust is causing problems? You should check that.
