My frames are terrible and I don't know why

I have a Radeon 580 AORUS, Ryzen 5 1600, 16 Gigs of DDR4 RAM and an MSI Bazooka 350M. For some reason I'm getting very bad frames in almost any game. For instance, in League of Legends I get 45-40 FPS, which is a game that most people run at 150+ FPS. I haven't overclocked. I have the graphics card connected to 2 monitors. I feel like my build should be able to run a lot better. Thanks

You swapped OS drive from an Intel and Nvidia build?

What do you mean BringerOfTea? In my old build I had a 960 but pretty much everything in this build has never been Nvidia

Like BringerOfTea said, run DDU to cleanse your system of any old video drivers, and try to install fresh drivers for your GPU(latest version of course).

Also, download and install MSI Afterburner, and check the CPU and GPU usage and temperatures while playing any game, say League of Legends.
