Question my frames are very unstable

recenty while i was playing csgo i noticed i was getting 20-110 fps (they were so unstable that this is the best definition in can) in the lowest setting possibly. I also noticed it in so higher end games but i thought that was because my cpu was not in the minimum specs
I thank you in advance for any help provided.I have also done a 3D mark test

mobo Asus b350 prime plus
cpu Amd a8-9600
gpu Rx 570 4gb
ram 2x4GB 2400Mhz
psu thermaltake 700w smart rgb
OS Win10
Hdd wd blue 1TB 7200rmp

my cpu usage is about 50-80% and gpu 50-60%(i think i will verify tommorow) as for malware is malwarebytes good?
