Question My friend and carefully took apart her gaming keyboard to give it a desperate cleaning

So we carefully took it apart, and once we cleaned it we tried our best to make sure every part was through and dry. We had tried to put it back together and it won't type at all, What should we do? It's a gaming keyboard designed by DOUYU

You forgot to plug it in.
Alright, seriously now. If it was working before you started to dissasembly and after cleaning you put it back as it was before there is no reason it shouldnt work.
Maybe you bent the cable or damaged it somehow? Or some leftover water got in through the keycaps? Im not sure what could be wrong.
