My friend can't play other game other than pubg and lol

My friend need some help after he bought this new pc he can't play other game other than pubg and lol. But the other game like csgo, Tom clancy rainbow six siege, gat v some of them can't even open or start game. When playing pubg and lol with ultra setting he will have at least 60 fps with vsync on. But other for example like Csgo he can't reach 60 fps with the lowest setting and it's the same with most of the other game except for lol and pubg

His pc spec :
Intel I5 7400
1 tb had
8GB ram
Zotac GTX 1060 3GB
600watt power suply

Is the monitor connected to the integrated GPU or the dedicated (gtx1060) ?
