Is there any way I can remedy the issue? The computer won't turn on. The PSU doesn't even spin up. The only thing that lights up is the clear cmos button on the board. Any ideas to fix it or is the board done for? The mb is a ga-x58a-ud3r
Pressing the 'clr CMOS' button should reset the motherboard to a bootable state. Power it up, then press the 'clr CMOS' button, wait a few seconds, then power off the computer. Wait a few seconds, then power it back on.
If it still doesn't power up, there's something more serious wrong with it. The motherboard's manual has a power-up troubleshooting guide that may help.
