[SOLVED] My friend said she cant open certain websites

Hi everyone, my Swedish friend is having issues with her internet.
A couple of days ago she said she noticed she can only open certain things like discord facebook and a couple other sites, she cannot seem to open any gaming sites or games and no idea why.
I asked her to try a different browser but that had the same issues on firefox as chrome.
I will hopefully get to try remote access or just walk her through some steps.
I wanted to ask for your help in logically testing to find the issues.
Like should i do things like reboot router? renew ip? some other stuff like settings in chrome? im a noob to a certain extent so I'd love to know how you would attempt to find and fix the issue? many thanks

when she can't access only certain websites that don't follow a pattern and she got her own access - it's most likely a routing error on the ISP's side.
