My friend just texted me that he was trying to update his touchpad drivers, and he said the official microsoft website told him to uninstall his drivers and reboot. Windows would then try to reinstall them. The problem is that he can't find find any wifi anymore and airplane mode is always on and he can't turn it off. Here is a picture of both his mouse (he claims he had another one before uninstalling) and his network adapters. What do you think?
Edit: Lenovo Z70

Well that should not have happened think maybe he uninstalled both. For drivers always get thrm from the link I posted below it will save you time.

There is a,way to check this on the laptop go to the menu than type in

devmgmt.msc

Once this opens look for any yellow triangles or ! Next to the wifi drivers etc.

With these drivers you should remove them though the add and remove software in control panel.

Make sure the drivers are for your model recheck the bottom of the laptop for the full model #.

I would download the Lan and Wlan driver and the mouse and keyboard driver. Keep this link in your bookmarks.

If you run into issues than post them.
