It boots into the bios. In the bios it shows the cpu, ram, storage devices etc.
I had to come home last night as I spent a while trying it but it would just get stuck on this screen.

I have tried it with one ram stick in. Another mate suggested not using the colour coded cable extensions on the PSU and to try and install it without the graphics card in and just install it with the HDMI plugged straight into the motherboard.
Any other ideas what it could be? It has proper stumped me.

I will try out another USB stick also with windows on it to rule that out.

bumping is not necessary ;)

Are any LEDs on, on the motherboard, while trying to boot ?

Which BIOS version is installed? at least version 2203 should be on it. But would recommend to update nonetheless within the BIOS to version 2603:

Which 600W PSU? brand and model

Which exact model of the Corsair vengeance DDR4 16gb is it? Is it one stick or a kit of two or four?
This one? https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/vengeance-lpx-black/p/CMK16GX4M2B3200C16
Did you plug in the memory into the recommended Dimm slot/s?
for one stick: B2 (second slot next to the CPU)
for two sticks: B2 and A2 (second and fourth slot next to the CPU)

Additionally please post your SSD/HDD brand and model

Do you have installed windows before with another system?

Create a windows install media (on an usb pen drive) with the media creation tool from Microsoft. Try booting with this media

Thanks for your reply mate.
I am not sure what bios it is. He’s going to bring it to mine this weekend so I will check then.

The PSU is an EVGA 80

The ram is dual channel I plugged them into the recommended slots on the Dimm I used the ones you said.

this is the ram

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 2666 MHz C16 XMP 2.0 Enthusiast RGB LED Illuminated Memory Kit - White https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07D5QMFY5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MrVUDbR1AK8TR

the m.2 is an Intel one and the ssd is sandisk. Not sure on the hard drive I will tell you better at the weekend.

There was some LEDS on the motherboard when it was on. We have some extension cables plugged into the the GPU power, MB power and cpu power. I’m going to remove them to rule out any faulty extension.

I was trying to install windows from the windows usb installer tool that you download.
I have made 2 pcs now this would be the 3rd I was proper stumped never seen it before this crash.

i have been thinking the MB came out in 2018 but the cpu 2019 could this cause the pc to crash like this if it had an outdated bios on there? I will find out better what bios it is on Sunday like.
