my friends comp has problem with dns cache

hi my friend has window xp we kinda deleted lot of stuff and the internets
not working. and when i try to fix it by clicking on repair it says something
wrong with dns cache plz hurry!!! (^_^)!

What exactly does it say ?

Run cmd which opens a window
ipconfig (space) /flushdns
