[SOLVED] My friends cyberpowerpc stopped giving audio to his headsets.

All headsets he tried do not work. This happened around a couple weeks ago. Mobo is msi b360m bazooka. He runs windows 10 on the latest version. Im pretty sure cpu and gpu have nothing to do with the audio? we tried to reset his computer but its still an issue. Any help will be greatly apreaciated

Please provide the computer specifications putting the GPU

Do the headsets connect to the computer via 3.5mm (analog) or USB (digital). Are you connecting them to the back plate connectors or to the front panel connectors?
Make and model would make it easier to help.

Default audio? We did install the drivers again.

Yes, default sound output device , look in Control Panel> Sound.
