My friends hear my game.

My friends keep hearing my game while i have changed headsets from hyperx cloud(accidentally for ps4 though) and now i got the logitech g pro and still have the same problem. I've tried many solutions , but the only one that kinda works is push to talk, but it's not what i want.
Please help

Wait, so they can hear the sound coming from your headphones through you mic? You either need to turn your sound down because you are going to kill your ears, or you can turn down the sensitivity of the mic until it only pics up sound when you are talking.

It's already low volume :/ and my sensitivity is low also
