my friend has a problem with her computer it seems every time she uses her keyboard it ends up like this ;po[xy l'a;pto[;p kiceybo[artd jhasw fgo[nce tkitsw uy;p jhavkinfg to[ uyswce o[n swcertcecen kiceybo[swartd meaning she said poxy laptop keyboard has gone tits up am having to use on screen keyboard. This is how what ive just typed looks using laptop

I say this because there's literally a machine in our office having a number of issues (including the symptom you've described) about to be re-imaged right now. We've confirmed it to have both spyware and key-loggers installed so we're just going to wipe it to be safe. We use Norton Endpoint Protection.

I'd say scan the machine for Viruses, Spyware, Key-Loggers, etc, with the best program you can get your hands on. Avast! is great for home use and has a free version. Malwarebytes is another good one. That might not be your problem but check anyway. It wont hurt.

Other than that I can only imagine corrupted drivers or perhaps the hardware has been damaged. Has there been any spills?
