My friends new pc

Hey everybody!
My friend got to buy a new a pc and we have looked on it a few times and we are not completly sure if its going to fit and all that. So we hope that you guys wanna look on this!
The parts:
CPU: Intel i7 4770k
gpu: evga gtx 780 physx cuda
mobo: msi z87m gaming socket-1150 m-atx
ram: corsair vengance ddr3 1600mhz 8gb
case: bitfenix prodigy m black
hdd: seagate barracuda 1tb
psu: xfx proseries xxx edition 750w psu

Things will obviously be tight seeing as you are doing a mATX build. Check if the PSU fits the case first, everyhing else should fit in there.
