My friend's PC is dead.

So my friend has an el cheapo power supply which died and took everything with it. All the parts are under warranty. He has no money left so he can't buy anything again. What can we do?

Salvage whatever parts weren't damaged and the case if you want. Then I don't know, hold a sermon?
