[SOLVED] My Front Header USB ports only work while the PC is turned off

Yeah so only a couple days ago my Front Usb headers just stopped working the only thing i had plugged in was a micro usb cable for my headphones and the headphone wireless reciever and now the only time the USB ports actually work if is the pc is powered off. My specs are
Case: NZXT h500i
Mobo:MSI Titanium X370
CPU:Ryzen 7 1700
GPU:MSI 1060 6gb gaming
Ram:Crucial 16gb 2666Mhz
PSU:Corsair RM750x

Do you get power from the usb port when the pc is on? (try charging your phone for example)
When the pc is off the usb obviously only passes power and not data
Try reconnecting the front USB connection and updating your drivers

While i was installing my new m.2 drive today i checked all the connections and now it works but i think it might go out after a while but will update

Check the manual and rewire the Front I/O ports. might be that you might have mixed the wiring.

Yeah i fixed it when just had to replug the wires into where they were before so idk what it was but it works.
