My Front USB ports are not WORKING.

Hey Professionals, I want ask why my front usb ports didnt work even I put the usb connection to motherboard properly, I didnt do anything and I want to bring them back running because I often use them for my File Transfers. Theyre usb 1.0 (with white color).

Well I think its better if i should put my specifications here.

Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.2Ghz
4 GB of ram
Windows 8 32 bit
Ecs gf7050vt-m5 Motherboard
Electron 600 watts Power Supply

I have 4 usb ports on the front of my case with two connectors that go to the motherboard. 2 of the 4 ports was working, but I couldn't get the other two to work. After unplugging the connector 3 or 4 times I realized that i was actually off by one set of pins. I felt so stupid afterwards, lol. Check it out, maybe its the same for you.
