I was hoping to get some thoughts on this! I am pretty new to this so I am hoping the pros might lend their opinions.

A quick note on the psu, I know it is more than what I need for all of this, but it is 750w so I can expand in the future.

Oh yes, it is for gaming.

I would suggest that you don't get a 6850. It will use a lot of power and not be very powerful compared to newer cards. I would save money on the case and HDD and get a 7850 instead. I would also not get a a 10000rpm HDD. its a waste of money. Its not going to be any faster than a 7200rpm drive. For $70 you can get a 500gb or 1tb drive instead.

I would dump the 16GB for 8GB and get rid of the 10K RPM HDD for a regular one to invest in a Radeon HD7850.
