My gaiming pc is running slowly and i have tried everything

So this pc was running all the new games at top but suddenly the performance got really bad, i cant play games anymore i was on windows 7 i thought that was the problem but when i changed to windows 10 it still is the same i also reinstalled all my drivers. I thought my pc needed cleaning but i didnt work either,.
Also my fans are very loud everytime a do something

Intel i7 3770k
128 GB SSD
8 gb ram

sounds like the fans are telling you something.. its overheating.
