My Galaxy S5 displays

messages about itself overheating and prevents me from using apps to cool down, except it is not hot at all. I flashed it, clear cache and replaced the battery and still same issue only after locking the screen. For instante, if I turn it on and use it it wouldn't say anything but if I start Spotify and lock the screen only to listen to music,it will shut the app off. When I try to charge it it says that battery temperature is too low and it won't charge. Pls help

Sounds like a hardware issue if you wiped it already. You can try a different battery.
