My game and computer is having some issues please help!

I just bought my computer (parts) put it together and it works beautiful! I installed my games on a 1tb harddrive have like 826 gb still free! I play black ops2, Cs:Go, Payday 2, Dishonored, Minecraft, ect. Now these games run fine! some run at 200-300fps, some run 90 and some run 120-130! Csgo on the other hand just magically stop working for me yesterday! it worked for the entire week i have had my computer until yesterday! Ill be having fps throttling really fast from 200-5fps and not stopping. Lag is up the wall! fps speaking. even at the main menu screen my mouse is laggy its like playing on a computer that cant handle it even though it worked the last week! every time i also launch my computer my aero desktop isnt working transpancy isnt working i mean! then i restart my computer again and it is working? like what! please help me fix this my other games work fine and dont throttle.

Cpu: Amd Fx-4300 Cpu 3.8ghz 4-Core
Gpu: Sapphire Radeon R9 270x Dual-x video Card 2gb
Motherboard: AsRock 980DE3/U3S3
P/Supply: EvEA SuperNova Nex650G
Monitor: Element Tv (HDMI)

Could that also be the reason for transparency issue when i start computer? it works sometimes then doesn't

Thanks man! it fixed my game and the transparency i havent restarted my computer sense after i installed the driver so maybe it worked! but thanks my game is working now

Okay so nevermind on the latest driver part now! so what can the issue be now? my transparecny still only works every now and then when i launch my computer and its everytime its off my game freaks the hell out? like it worked for 2 days then it does the same thing, fps lag and stutter
