Question My game feels laggy even with high FPS ?

My games feels so laggy even with high fps.
My PC specs:

Gigabyte b 450m s2h v2
Ryzen 5 3600 overclocked 4.1ghz
RTX 2060
2 sticks of 8 gb ram hyperx fury 2440mhz overclocked to 2800 mhz
Corsair VS550

My cpu and gpu are running at good temperatures, cpu is running at 62 while gaming

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How old is the Corsair unit in your build. With all due respect, that unit shouldn't be considered a PSU due to it's lack of internal build quality. As for your platform, what are your storage options used? BIOS version for your motherboard at the time of writing? What OS are you working with? Might want to parse a link to the ram kit used.

I used that psu for 2 years.
I have 1 ssd [120gb] and 1 hdd [seagate baracuda 1tb]
I am using the newest version of gigabyte b450m s2h v2 bios
I am using windows 11[i tried windows 10 but the lag is still there]
