My game keeps crashing!

For some reason every time I boot up my computer the first time I try to play a game it will crash my graphics card, but then after that it will work fine, I can play games fine without crashing from then on-wards, until I re-boot then I get the same issue, I think it may be linked with my GFX card drivers, maybe a recent update, but I am no sure, any help?

CPU: Intel i7 2600 @ 3.4GHz (Max Turbo Frequency @ 3.8GHz)
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 660 WINDFORCE OC Edition (Driver version - 332.21)
RAM: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance memory @ 1866MHz
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V PRO (Intel Z77 chipset)
PSU: Corsair CX750M 750w (semi-modular)
HDD(s): 1.5TB WD Blue Caviar (non-important applications/programs) + 1TB WD Black (Other important games/applications)
SSD(s): Kingston 120GB HyperX 3K (OS and Most played game(s))
Case: Zalman z11 Mid-Tower Case
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64bit)

does your motherboard have igp on it if so disable it

I am not sure what IGP is, but I will have a look for it in the BIOS next time I restart, any tips on where I should see it?

in a amd system its under the nb or sb section IDK about a intel system you have a bad gpu card is it still under warranty?

I will have to check that tomorrow, don't really want to replace my card, but if that's the problem, so be it.
