[SOLVED] My games are at low FPS's and stuttering.

I have 8Gb of ram and a RX 580 8Gb from gigabyte. I also have an i-7 3770k with a EVGA g3 80+ gold 750w

When i am playing Fortnite or Overwatch, when in an action moment, my game stutters, and it messes me up. This is mostly in Fortnite.

on fortnite i have my settings at 1080p with epic view distance and everything else on low. No Vsync, No motion blur. I get around 120 Fps. Already, i know that i should be getting more FPS, and my card is working at only 40% most of the time.

I need help, i cant find anything.

Check if your ram or cpus first core is being maxed out you might need to upgrade also if you have adequate cooling I would recommend overclocking to improve performance

If you have 120hz monitor you will only get 120fps you could try and overclock your display
You could try and turn down your view distance
