My games aren't utilizing my internet

Even though my internet is already complete garbage with a 6Mb/s down and 3Mb/s up, the problem is with the games, they only use around 0.1Mb per second, but when i download something on steam or watch youtube they use around 3-4.5Mb/s

Before it was only cs go that was affected by this problem, then it got fixed... for no reason. Then something within windows froze and after a few days of troubleshooting the computer i had to refresh windows, and now i am her. It would be nice if you helped because, well, ya know, i can't play anything atm.

Another thing, league of legends is downloading at 1-70KB/s
It usualy sitts at around 4-20

Either you have your Anti-virus or Firewall blocking\throttling your games.
try turning both off and play.
